I use a mix of modeling, dialogue, inquiry, practice, and reflection to create meaningful learning experiences that build curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning. My approach is student-centered and differentiated, meeting learners where they are through small-group and one-on-one support in areas such as literacy, language, and study skills. I design lessons that encourage both independence and collaboration while adapting curriculum and assessments to support diverse needs, including students with IEPs in collaboration with SERTs.
I value experiential learning, incorporating hands-on, inquiry-based activities—especially in math and science—to make learning relevant and engaging. I am also deeply committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable classroom where all students feel respected, valued, and heard.
Collaboration is central to my practice. I work closely with colleagues, families, and the school community to support students’ academic and emotional well-being.
Ultimately, my goal is to help students become confident, capable, and compassionate individuals.
